As a part of our dynamic, experienced Team you will be responsible for managing the residential sales territory working with major residential builders and installers across the Sydney Metro region. As the Account Manager you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service.  Whilst Residential experience would be highly regarded, training will be provided to an experienced account manager looking to further develop their career.What Will You Do?Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:proactive promotion of Lysaght’s exciting architectural roofing & cladding solutions.identify, develop, and win new customer and market opportunitiesadding value to customers business through understanding of customers’ objectives, strategies, and goalsensuring customer engagement by providing exceptional service and developing long standing customer relationsworking with key accounts and providing product knowledge across the range of products in a clear, concise, and informational mannerMore About YouAlong with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:proven experience in sales and negotiationsexcellent communication, planning and implementation skillsprevious experience using Salesforce or CRM systembe comfortable working in a fast past and rewarding environmentWhy BlueScopeAs BlueScope continues to go from strength to strength, a career with us provides you with the opportunity to grow and be rewarded.
