Chef is looking for dependable team members with:
Charcuterie experience, prepping and creating boards, knife skills, knowledge of meat and cheese pairings.
Food safety knowledge
Serve safe or food handler's card
Creativity and ability to arrange food in an eye catching and artistic manner.
Attention to detail, meticulous food prep and station cleanliness.
Ability to work as a team and remain calm under pressure.
Reliability and ability to adhere to schedule. Punctuality is a must.
