We are currently seeking a Lead Endpoint Engineer for a hybrid position local to Fort Mill, SC that will work during the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.T. Monday to Friday. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the organization's information technology programs including the management of applications, business continuity, Helpdesk operations, information security, infrastructure, and IT projects
  • Responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of the organization's information technology infrastructure and operations to support strategic initiatives
  • Works closely with Service Desk on KBs and developing the support model for Hardware, Software, A / V equipment globally
  • Accommodate meetings with offshore and nearshore resources and / or weekend deployments
  • Supervise other deskside resources in ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 to 7+ years of experience as a senior engineer in End-User Technology
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Familiarity with ITAM, CMDB, ITSM, Service Now, Azure, Authentication methodologies, Teams calling, Powershell, Powerautomate, privilege management in general, Avecto / Beyond Trust specifically; streaming media services, project management best practices, other IT products, services, disciplines
  • Self-starter capable of developing enterprise solutions for hardware, software, cyber security
  • Windows 10, O365, Azure AD, Intune Expert level experience, Device enrollment, Endpoint Security, App Management, Mobile Threat Defense, Autopilot, Defender, Policy Management, SSO, plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MDM / MAM: Ability to develop and design an MDM strategy for mobile devices, both corporate-owned and personal
  • Set policies and implement; configuration, protection, retire, wipe; app protection features
  • Understands LOB applications and ability to work with collaborative teams on integrations, upgrades, enhancements
  • Knowledge of how to decommission a product or service in the environment and developing written plans for it
Preferred Skills:
  • A+ and / or Microsoft Certifications or equivalent years of experience
  • Cybersecurity experience
