Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Hours/Days: Fri - Sun 7am - 7pm or Fri - Sun 7pm - 7am (36 hours paid for 40)Benefits eligible day 1 As a Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of our manufacturing facilities. You will play a crucial role in optimizing manufacturing operations, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence. Your expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting will contribute to the efficient and cost-effective production of our products.The Lead Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, as well as breakdown repairs, on various equipment including PVD coaters, CNC machinery, vacuum furnaces, X-ray equipment, lasers, and robots. The technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of these machines.Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and technical manuals to determine how equipment should function and operate.

Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and robotic systems to identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions.

Test equipment using oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, and other precise measuring instruments to ensure accurate performance.

Install and repair parts as needed to maintain the optimal functioning of the equipment.

Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

YOU MUST HAVE:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2 years’ experience in manufacturing maintenance

WE VALUE

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience with preventive maintenance programs and reliability-centered maintenance.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Strong commitment to safety and quality.
