Lead Transportation Coordinator/ Delivery Driver

KSI Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Lead Transportation Coordinator/ Delivery Driver to assist in managing the day-to-day transportation operations while also fulling customer deliveries. They will assist in overseeing a fleet of drivers while delivering customer orders. Responsibilities:Deliver automotive parts to fulfill orders Act as a backup Transportation SupervisorMaintain accurate records of deliveries and transportation expensesAssist in Planning, organizing, and overseeing daily transportation operations, utilizing Decartes routing software to optimize delivery routes and schedulesAssist in Interviewing, hiring, and training new drivers, while ensuring all employees adhere to company policies and proceduresManage driver performance, including conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and taking corrective action as neededCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesPerform other duties as assigned as business needs change.
