job detailsWe are hiring for a leasing assistant based out of Annapolis, Maryland. This is a temp to permanent position, and will be entirely in person. The ideal candidate has at least one year of leasing experience, and MUST have experience with Yardi. Vaccines are not required, but there is a mask policy for unvaccinated employees. This role also requires weekly COVID testing.salary: $17 - $18 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesImplement sales and activity goals

Collects rents, monitors and manages delinquencies and collections, and maintains accurate records.

Prepares, monitors, and distributes reports on a variety of operational and financial data.

Promotes resident services initiatives in conjunction with the Resident Services Department; drives efforts at the community level, engaging residents in social, educational, planned activities and events.
