We are searching for an LPN to join our patient-centered OrthopedicMed/Surg team.

The Orthopedic Med Surg unit is a 38 bed Med/Surg level department providing care for patients recovering from elective Orthopedic Joint Replacement surgery, Spine surgeries and Orthopedic Traumas.

What you will do in this role:

• You will maintain overall accountability/responsibility for assigned patients as directed by the RN

• Youwill administer medications in accordance with physician orders

• You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required: graduate from an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing

• Required: licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state which you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State LPN license

• A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider is required
