Maintenance Crew Leader (Landscaping) $18 - $22/hr

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. This role involves working closely with our team to maintain high-end residential properties, fostering relationships with customers, and upholding the professional standards of Ables Landscapes.ResponsibilitiesWork alongside and assist the Crew Members, Account Managers, and Landscape Maintenance Director to execute responsibilities.Load equipment and tools each day with team members and maintain a clean and organized work truck.Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and clients to foster growth and development.Create, foster, and maintain relationships with customers.Perform detailed maintenance duties such as hand-pruning, installing and maintaining small shrubs and perennials, watering, mulching, and fertilizing.QualificationsMust possess a Driver's License.Strong, working knowledge and understanding of horticulture, irrigation, or landscape installation construction skills.Strong attention to detail.Dependable; consistently at work and on time, respond appropriately to management direction and commit to the overall company goals.CompensationThe pay for this full-time position ranges from $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.BenefitsStandard paid holidays after 90 days.401K with a 4% match after six months.Reimbursement for MUSC Telemedicine use for employees and discounted use for their families.One week paid vacation after six months, two weeks after one year, and an additional day of vacation after year two for up to 4 weeks.Health insurance available after 90 days with 70% of employee’s premium paid by Ables Landscapes.Separate dental, vision and life insurance plans available.Quarterly events for employees from picnics to Christmas parties.Consistent Dream Sessions with our Dream Manager.Tuition reimbursement for further learning that is industry related.Bi-annual profit sharing.Access to foreign language learning service, Babbel provided by Ables Landscapes.Financial support for approved mission trips.Access to counseling services with 80% of sessions paid for by Ables Landscapes.
