Maintenance Manager

What You Get To Do:The Maintenance Manager will assure all Dungarvin Indiana property and equipment is in safe operating condition and maintained consistent with Dungarvin standards. This person will provide leadership to the organization in all areas related to property and equipment management including: acquisition, general upkeep, improvement, and cost effectiveness. Supervise and direct the Maintenance Department and all related contracted work. This person will be responsible for all preventative, corrective, and renovating maintenance of buildings, grounds, vehicles, and property including: planning, implementation, quality assurance, budgetary adherence, and regulatory compliance.
