A well respected national real estate company is looking for a qualified Maintenance Technician to become part of our team. We are looking for a service minded, high energy person who is loves the outdoors.

A Maintenance Technician performs all maintenance activities of a community including grounds maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, machine and equipment repair, HVAC, painting, drywall, installations, remodeling, inspections, etc.

The ideal candidate must have previous maintenance and landscape experience along with strong organizational abilities, great follow-up skills, remarkable attention to detail and who is friendly, courteous, and dependable.
