job detailsRandstad is looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in CNC repair and PLC programming to join our client's team as a full time employee! This is a first shift Monday-Thursday position with overtime every other Friday right now and full benefits and employee perks. Perform regular preventative and predictive maintenance on all production machinery and equipment

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs oradjustments

Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and man-lifts to ensure their safe and efficient operation

Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of liftequipment

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines, including CNC routers, as part of the maintenanceresponsibilities

Ensure precision and accuracy in CNC operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain high-qualitystandards

Troubleshoot and program PLCs to ensure optimal performance of production equipment

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventativemeasures

Document all PLC programming and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records

Conduct maintenance and repairs on a variety of production and facility equipment to ensure optimalperformance and minimal downtime

Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and other regulatory standards in all facility maintenance tasks

Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety training programs
