MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN for an Apartment Community

We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Team.

You should have a working knowledge of plumbing, basic construction and appliances, and electrical experience a plus. Apartment maintenance preferred but will train the right candidate.

You should own a reliable vehicle and possess a valid SC driver's license.
