Responsibilities:Achieve or exceed sales targets for Visa Direct Enablers in Sub-Saharan Africa.Partner with local VD team and country managers to meet annual sales goals.Manage the full sales cycle with Enablers: prospecting, deal structuring, and contracting and launch.Develop sales strategies for acceleration, including identifying high-potential clients, use cases, and verticals.Lead generation and prospecting programs, respond to new leads.Drive key workstreams for Visa Direct growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Legal, Client Services, Operations).Educate clients about benefits of Visa Direct by conducting the meetings, workshops and eventsCommunicate progress and growth externally (PR, conferences, events).Ensure appropriate incentive structures and contract approvals with all stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Global)Handoff from sale to implementation with Client Services.Prospect non-Visa clients, build relationships, and sell where appropriate VD non-FI license.Identify and sell to processors, remitters, fintechs, payfacs and aggregators to add Visa Direct to their offerings.Capture client feedback on products and services, share insights with Visa teams.This is a hybrid position.
