Make your move to B&H today!B & H Job Description Job Title: Material Handler 1 Division/Department: Fulfillment Reports to: Approved By: Viewed By: Human Resources- NJF Last Reviewed: Job Overview: Experienced Material Handlers are responsible for storing, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment including but not limited to selecting packaging, staging, and labelling. Essential Responsibilities:

Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring accuracy of contents

Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes

Stock items in assigned locations within the warehouse and take part in the inventory count process

Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer’s orders

Pack and seal boxes following standard procedures

Additional Responsibilities:

As assigned by the manager

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to Lift 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistance

Extended periods of standing/walking (10+ hours/day)

Attention to detail and ability to count

Must be able to locate and identify specific items

Must be able to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Warehouse

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:

Must be able to lift 50lbs independently and up to 80lbs with assistance.

Extended periods of standing/walking

Required Schedule:

1st and 2nd shifts available
