Mesh Welder Operator Needed

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mesh Welder Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining mesh welding machines to ensure high-quality output that meets company standards. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are strongly preferred as communication across teams is key to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate mesh welder machinery in accordance with job specifications

Read and interpret production blueprints and technical drawings

Measure and inspect finished products using tape measures and micrometers to ensure accuracy

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

Follow all company safety procedures and protocols

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors (both in English and Spanish)

Requirements:

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (required for effective communication within the team)

Proficiency in reading tape measures and micrometers is essential

Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
