Mill Operator 2nd Shift ($1.00 shift differential)

We are seeking Mill Operator to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train right candidate to operate a mill machine and on TPM activities. As a Mill Operator you will be responsible for:Running batches of ink at proper mill settingsPackaging finished product in various containers and applying labelsCleaning and maintaining machines to TPM StandardsLearning and applying TPM knowledge to daily activitiesHockmeyer mill operation: Running and maintaining optimum OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) standardsCreating and maintaining a database of all existing formulas including processing timesCanningOperating the following: Press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forkliftActing as a QC liaison, providing ink samples, making ink adjustments, and recording dataCompleting scheduled maintenance and utilizing troubleshooting procedures.Helping with repacks
