THE ROLE:This position is responsible for providing an accurate and efficient payroll service to the hotel and all team members across the business, and participating in payroll related projects as required. You will:Assist team members with payroll requests and handle all complaints promptly and efficientlyManage the Ready Workforce (Zambion) payroll systems.Ensure Integrity of data within Ready WorkforceProcess wages based on approved hourly rates or salaries including allowances, leave types and deductions using imported time & attendance data interfaced from clock in Kiosk.Process final payments and calculate termination paymentsEnsure accurate records are maintained as set out in the National Employment Standards for wages e.g. pay slipsGenerate reports after each payroll and distribute to department managersSubmit wage easy audit reports to the Assistant Financial Controller/Financial ControllerComplete end of financial year payroll processesEnsure a thorough understanding of the Hotels Enterprise Agreement and The Hospitality Industry & General Modern AwardMaintain current knowledge of Fair Work Australia National Employment Standards
