We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven National Business Development & Customer Relationship Manager who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment to join our mlcoa team on a 12 month contract (with the possibility of an ongoing role). This is a hybrid role that covers National Business Development and Customer Relationship Management for SA. Reporting to the National Account Manager & Regional Manager for SA/NT/WA - mlcoa, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the mlcoa national business and maintaining key accounts in South Australia.

Working in conjunction with the mlcoa customer interfacing personnel, you will provide strategic direction and leadership through development and implementation of business development initiatives. Responsibilities will include assisting the business to meet financial performance and business objectives across mlcoa.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:To manage customer relationships and create new business opportunities from a national level and deliver a sustainable strategic approach to business development.To work with the National Account and Sales Manager, to provide strategic direction and leadership across mlcoa through the development and implementation of sustainable and creative business and marketing development initiatives.To support the growth of the organisation by assisting to meet financial and business objectives across mlcoa. Manage strategic business partner relationships ensuring mlcoa commercial interests are maximised in the short and long term.Create and manage sales opportunities, transitioning these into sustainable long-term business
