Qualifications:

  • Experience with:
    • .NET technologies, particularly C#, ASP.NET, and Web API
    • Cloud design patterns; microservices, event sourcing, domain driven design, etc.
    • Agile development lifecycle and lifecycle management tools in an enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated experience with CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Expertise with the Microsoft technology stack
  • Thorough knowledge of Azure
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies (CI/CD) KANBAN, and SCRUM
  • Proven track record of success as a developer
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Confidence and skilled, working in the frontend and the backend of the tech stack
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for finding bugs and breaking software
  • Experience in systems integrations
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented approach to work
Responsibilities:
  • Promote clean code principles and write efficient, maintainable and well-thought-out code that meets the specified requirements
  • Develop solutions that delight users and solve real-world problems
  • Collaborate with product management to understand the scope, size, and overall vision of work to be performed
  • Work with UX to implement established usability patterns
  • Produce test-driven code and maintain high levels of code coverage
  • Participate in an Agile framework to improve the team's processes and productivity
  • Solve tough problems for the greater good of non-profits around the world
