Description Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist a client in Savannah, GA, overcome issues with a NetSuite ERP implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying the existing problems, creating a remedial plan, and providing expert advice to guarantee the successful functioning of the ERP system.Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Review and analyze the current state of NetSuite ERP implementation and identify areas of concern.

Develop and execute a remediation plan to address implementation issues.

Partner with the client's team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business requirements and to guide them in improving current processes.

Customize and configure NetSuite to meet the operational needs of the client.

Provide technical and functional support for NetSuite system users.

Conduct regular system checks and troubleshooting to maintain system performance.

Develop and deliver specific user training programs as required.

Create detailed reports and provide regular performance updates to the stakeholders.

Implement system upgrades and new product features, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Proven experience as a NetSuite SME with successful ERP remediation projects.

Solid understanding of business processes and requirements.

Proficient in NetSuite ERP, CRM, and SuiteCommerce modules.

Ability to model business processes within NetSuite.

Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

NetSuite certifications are preferred.
