• Network required, but heavy focus on projects and project management. Prefer network person who does PM rather than the other way around. Candidate should have a generalist network background with project focus, certs not required. Certain methodology not required. Candidate needs to be able to talk to both sides, technical and non-technical.

• Requirements gathering from 80-20 internal customers (supports Americas), interfacing with internal SMEs, network design, detailed project planning (no preference for software). Candidate should be able to adequately explain the software they use and their own process.

• Top 3 skills: project management, collaboration, self-motivation. Nice to have: PMP, network certifications, Spanish language skills.

• WFH: First 2 weeks onsite. After that 60/40 WFH, flexibility on which days onsite at ITRC.

• Travel: Yes, 6 times per year. Likely only US locations, related to new builds or renovation construction.
