CANDIDATE TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:
  • Palo Alto Technology Firewall
  • Cisco Router/Switch (MUST have requirement)
  • Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center (Strongly Preferred), Cisco ACI, F5 Big IP
  • Must also meet all minimum requirements of the Network Engineer position.
  • This person should be a networking expert with experience across several networking platforms.
  • Expert level in Routing and Switching, Layer 3 routing protocols, MPLS, Firewall administration and Load Balancing (most desired skill set).
  • Platform specific technologies used at Client that experience is preferred in:
  • Cisco ASA, Nexus, Solar winds.

REQUIRED:
  • Cisco Route Switch 5 years network planning and project experience is required.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to replace, upgrade and transform networking configuration and equipment with minimal disruption.
  • Should have held positions that include networking builds and implementations.
  • Must be organized with great attention to detail.
  • CCNP or higher skill level candidates are preferred.

Skills:
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree OR Associates in same Field above plus 2 added yrs job related exp.
  • OR: 10 Years 4 added yrs job related work exp: 12 Years
  • Enterprise level Network or related experience: 8 Years
  • Technical network planning and implementation experience when acting as a technical networking resource on large scale deployments: 6 Years
  • Experience across several networking platforms: Years Palo Alto Technology: Years F5 Big IP (2-4 yrs hands-on exp.): Years
  • Cisco (2 yrs hands-on exp.): Years
  • Expert level in Routing and Switching, Layer 3 routing protocols, MPLS most desired Firewall administration and Load Balancing (Most Desired) Cisco ASA, Nexus, Solarwinds CCNP or CCIE Cisco DNA experience
