Role: OM WSH Support Analyst

Work location: Greenville, SC 29615Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
  • Need to have around 4 years of experience in Oracle Applications ERP as a Support analyst.
  • Good Exposure on OM + WSH + INV Modules.
  • Analytical skills are required.
  • SQL/ PLSQL skills are Required.

Nice to have: Oracle EBS basic development knowledge
  • Incident ManagementIdentifies impact and validates priority.b. Provides technical and functional analysisc. Provides the solution to users.d. Identifies and communicates potential workarounds.e. Informs users on the status of incident processing.f. Provides the link with level 3.g. Continues from the handling of the incident until its closure.
  • Service Request processing.Takes into Service requests (SR)b. Processes SR or forwards it to a contributorc. Informs users on the status of SR treatments.d. Continues the treatment of the SR until its closure
  • Contributes to the analysis of root causes linked to incidents, (Problem Management)Participates or even leads the analysis of root causes of incidents.b. Transmits the result to the contributors in charge of implementing the patches.
  • Exploits the monitoring of services.Exploits the monitoring set up by the construction and/or infrastructure teams.b. Takes into account the alert and informs potential contributors to anticipate impacts on users
  • Contributes to the continuous improvement of applications.Feed back to the development teams the potential improvements detected by the users or by themselves.
  • Capitalizes the knowledge acquired.Ensures the capitalization of lessons learned from its activities.
