We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Person / Office Assistant to join our team at a busy, professional auto repair shop. This role combines parts management with office administration, supporting both our technicians and customers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Order, receive, and organize automotive parts
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely availability of parts
Assist with front office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing
Support the shop team with general administrative tasks as needed
Communicate effectively with technicians, vendors, and customers
Requirements:
Submit a copy of your driving record with your resume
Previous experience in automotive parts or office administration preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with computers and basic office software
Professional communication and customer service skills
