Contribute to ALDI's growth as a Personal Assistant in the Store Operations Department. With an eye on continuous improvement, we are looking for a proactive individual with a robust understanding of an agile and fast-paced FMCG environment to maintain the efficiency of our operations. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, based in Minchinbury.   
You will support a senior leadership team that is at the forefront of our store operations maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.
What does the role look like? Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the Store Operations Directors and Executive Management team.Efficiently manage the exchange of correspondence with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays harmoniously connected.Manage Directors' diaries, schedule meetings and prepare agendas.Assist with document preparation, expense reports, invoicing and other administrative tasks, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.Maintain an overview of the Directors’ portfolio of work, provide input for process improvement.Collaborate with the PA team, wider internal stakeholders to align the departments goals with the company's overall objectives.And the best part?
