This position will coordinate and manage the execution of manufacturing requirements to meet or exceed business plans. Must be a team player and interact well with a diverse workforce. Develops and issues manufacturing orders in accordance with Master Production Schedule. Will facilitate efficient processing of orders to assure minimum resources and inventory investment. Will work with other functional areas to monitor and resolve material and capacity issues. Expected to identify, communicate, and address issues regarding schedule attainment. Will utilize ERP system to effectively manage capacities and resources Responsible for ensuring system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely mannerA. Education 2 yr AA Degree in Supply Chain/ related field or 5 + yrs of job related experience and required job related Certificationsor High School graduate with 8 + yrs job related Experience with job B. Experience 5 + years plus years of experience in Manufacturing Planning, Scheduling, Production Control, and/or Supervisory experience in a MRP environment.III. Preferred Qualifications A. Education or Experience ERP experience, BAAN a plus Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), or related certification(s)B. Interpersonal Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data Ability to write in a clear and concise manner Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions Ability to interact with diverse groups of employeesC. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes Microsoft or related experienceD. Other Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion.IV.
