Collaborate with stakeholders, including health care customers, IT teams, and vendors, to understand fulfillment process requirements and integration needs.

Analyze business processes, systems, and data flows to identify integration points, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

Define functional and technical requirements for health customer integration solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Plan and coordinate the deployment of integration solutions to production environments, ensuring minimal disruption.

Debugging customer integration issue. Provide support during cutover and go-live phases, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and identify improvement areas.

Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate user adoption.

Promote best practices and standards for integration development and architecture.

Proficient in implementing Oracle Health (Cerner) customer solution, diagnostic health customer integration issue.

Drive system design, departmental clinical workflows, and impact assessments based on key design decisions.

Adopt Oracle Health's methodology, company procedures, and leading process recommendations.

Design and implement data collection, design discussions, workflow guidance, and strategic consulting on client projects.

Adhere to standard process methodology to drive client success and keep team members informed of any project risks.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
