Responsibilities: The aim is to streamline the manufacturing process and make it as efficient as possible while maintaining product quality and adhering to internal protocols and external regulations. Understand multiple manufacturing processes and select appropriate instruments to monitor and control the necessary variables. Develop and design concepts. Choose and program a controller and ensure proper communication between actuators connected to the controller. Simulate, install, test, and manage electrical or mechanical automation. Analyze data on process parameters and product properties to detect process deviation and implement remediation in a timely manner. Monitor automation processes on an ongoing basis. Promote and work in a team-oriented environment. Assure a safety-first attitude, which includes all facility safety work instructions and maintenance, good housekeeping of areas where work is performed, and in all maintenance areas.Hard Skills:
