Process Specialist- Project Controller

What You’ll Do:

As a Project Controller, you’ll coordinate project schedules, resources, and communication to support the successful execution of capital and maintenance-related initiatives. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and contractors, ensuring project goals are met with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

        Manage project scope, schedule, and cost throughout the lifecycle

        Lead project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking

        Collaborate with engineers and planners for effective resource allocation

        Monitor contractor performance and ensure safety and compliance

        Facilitate stakeholder engagement and team communication

        Drive continuous improvement using industry best practices (PMI, Agile)

        Support procurement processes, cost estimation, and financial tracking
