DescriptionThe Ring Business Management Team is looking for a results-oriented and process-oriented Program Manager to support Ring’s B2B Offline Retail business. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who is comfortable diving into large data sets, has a sharp eye for details, and has the ability to work in an ever-changing environment across stakeholder groups. You must demonstrate a strong process-driven approach to track program allowances, drive process improvement and identify automation opportunities.Key job responsibilitiesIn this role you must be able to build relationships across various internal teams and external partners, clearly communicate expectations, understand each retailer’s unique programs and processes, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.

2+ years of experience working with custom reporting and dashboards. Reports and dashboards will support Ring Sales Operations, Finance, and Accounting Teams.

2+ years of experience preparing customer analysis and supporting schedules.

2+ years of experience in using reporting and analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau.

Experience using Oracle or other ERP systems.

Experience with Amazon 1P systems preferred.

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Accounts Receivable.

Proven data analysis and reporting experience with exceptional attention to detail.

Understanding of the retail industry and the vendor-reseller relationship.

Maintain data integrity, perform audits on retailer claims and diligently troubleshoot issues.

Own and perform individual deep dive analyses, including communicating results and implications to leaders.

Experience in program administration skills – this includes organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and time management.

Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
