EquipmentShare is Hiring a Program Manager, People Systems The Program Manager, People Systems, is responsible for managing all People Systems Technology through the product management life cycle. The Program Manager, People Systems will assist the People Systems team in building requirements, prioritizing requests, and working closely with our business stakeholders to ensure visibility and clear communication. Your Opportunity to Grow With Us The Program Manager, People Systems, will support the organization’s People Technology, mainly the HRIS (Workday). This position serves as a point of contact for all stakeholders and will be responsible for the product lifecycle from initiation to stabilization. Primary Responsibilities Product Vision and Strategy:
Work with the Product leadership and other stakeholders to align with the platform vision and strategy and contribute to the overall future direction of the product.
Assist in the development of and maintain a product roadmap ensuring it reflects stakeholder needs and business priorities.
Collaborate with the People Systems Team to maximize the product value and ensure continuous improvement.
Spearhead continuous process improvements through process mapping and facilitating review meetings with stakeholders
Work Management
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements and functional solutions are accurately translated into technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
Balance the needs of the business, the customer, and technology to make timely, validated, and clear decisions regarding the product. (sometimes, saying ‘no’ or ‘not now” is the right answer).
Work with leadership to establish a prioritization and work management process.
Implementation and Deployments:
Works with the colleagues in Product to communicate the release of new features and encourage effective adoption amongst users.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the release process, including planning, scheduling, and communication.
Work closely with internal project managers and project teams to ensure completion of testing and successful launch.

5+ years experience in HR or HR Systems.
3+ years experience in product or project management.
Workday experience preferred.
Experience with Agile/sprint/scrum development preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and gather and translate requirements.
Sound communication skills and the ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
Detail oriented, but able to pivot and re-prioritize efforts as required.
Solid knowledge of HR business processes.
