- Must have experience managing multiple projects at a given time.
- Experience from IT field would be a must have – specifically with Data analytics.
- Jira and Confluence are used for tracking and would be helpful if some one has this experience.
- SQL background/knowledge would be helpful with data validation and helps the developers.
- Need to know what the BI tools you can offer when given requirements.
- Helpful if someone has PowerBI (or any type of data visualization tools).
- Independent and takes initiative.
- Will be given topics and projects and they would run with them.
- They need to get the requirements from the business level and set expectations.
- Be able to communicate the requirements to the developers and data visualization team and create their user stories and their information for their sprints.
- They need to make sure everything is clearly defined. They need to need to make sure of acceptance criteria so they can do their work and ensure it meets what the users are expecting.
- There is a lot of business interaction.
- This team follows the Agile methodology but with more skilled approach.
- The team is unsure what specific projects coming in 2022 so this person needs to be flexible with the project topics.
- Need someone with the ability to come in and be flexible on how the team operates, scaled approach not following Agile method precisely.
- They would be running 2-4 projects at a time.
- Most of the projects are regionally based (Canada/Mexico/US).
- The two projects are PO3 -Plant 10 to move one SAP system to PowerBI – help organize and lead the project.
- The other project is predictive maintenance, looking at machine sensor data at the plant that is pulling vibration data.
- They are trying to see if there are issues with the work stations.
- It would be super important that this person is able to work with the business and run effective meetings (have objectives and wrap it up and make sure objectives were achieved and if not follow up with action items).
- This person needs to make sure things move around and progress in a proper manner but do this independently.
- Being able to lead or manage without having people report to you.
- Organization is a big part and being able to report on statuses.
- Milestones need to be updated.
- Need to think through resource and capacity with other project leaders.
