We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a mechanically biased background to join our team. If you are passionate about rolling stock and have a proven track record of successfully managing modification projects, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of rolling stock modification projects.Rolling Stock & Modifications: Manage projects to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.Update Project Plans: Regularly update project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure smooth project execution.Resource & Materials Management: Oversee the procurement and allocation of materials and resources necessary for project completion.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders informed on project progress and any challenges.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to prevent delays.Required Skills & Experience:Mechanical Bias: Strong background in mechanical systems, with a focus on rolling stock.Project Planning & Coordination: Proven track record in updating and managing detailed project plans, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions to technical challenges.Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
