Quality ManagerA Quality Manager is in charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards. Their duties include developing and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues. Responsibilities:Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and production equipmentEnsuring that products adhere to quality standardsPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataWorking according to deadlines for the delivery of productsTraining and managing production line staff in production practices and quality assessment of goodsTracking products through the manufacturing process to guarantee that each part of the process is correctPerforming detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry and company standardsEliminating products that are not up to standards and finding the reasons for product problemsEssential Skills and Abilities:Work in a collaborative team environmentShow initiative, eagerness and a drive to gain knowledge of the RFID industryHigh degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities, while adapting as needed based on business demandsResourcefulness, accuracy, problem solving, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.Display a strong work ethic and commitmentAbility to promote the company’s goals of continuous improvement through engagementEffectively communicate with our employees, contractors and outside vendors.Good attendance and punctuality is a must.Display honesty, integrity and ethics
