This is a contract to Hire position.How You Will Make an Impact:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their inquiries and providing solutions.

Ensure compliance with company policies while processing transactions and addressing customer needs.

Deliver accurate, friendly, and efficient customer service within established timelines.

Perform tasks such as data entry, resolving issues, and managing customer accounts.

Promote additional products or services when relevant, contributing to sales goals.

Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to security protocols.

Previous experience in a call center environment, adept at managing various types of customer interactions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with customers.

Ability to collaborate with both colleagues and customers, showing empathy and patience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate multiple software systems.

Strong problem-solving skills, actively addressing customer concerns with professionalism.
