If you believe this could be a good fit for you please apply!Job SummaryResponsible for coordinating the development of performance standards to support decision makers through the use of data warehousing and business intelligence. Responsible for activities such as data gathering and mapping, design, testing, documentation, training, reporting, and problem solving.AccountabilitiesDevelop and prepare standard reports for service line leaders, clinical department heads, and entity leaders. Assist with report interpretation. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, gather and report performance standards and key metrics by service area, entity, system and department. Coordinates the development and maintenance of reporting tool used for reporting standard key metrics, service line reporting and strategic initiatives to monitor performance of goals. Provide support for performance improvement initiatives and under-performing key metrics areas with data needs and analysis. Work closely with end users on how to research data and find issues. Prepares benchmarking comparative data analysis as needed to support performance improvement, strategic planning, and other ad hoc projects.
