Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Electrician to join our team. As a Residential Electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. Install, maintain, repair and upgrade electrical systems and electrical wiring in residential properties.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and establish the most efficient and effective solutions for repair.

Adhere to National Electric Code (NEC) regulations, state and local building codes

Install and maintain lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and other electrical devices and equipment.

Estimate time and materials required for electrical work and create project timelines.

Communicate with clients and account managers in a professional manner.

Requirements

Electrical License required

General Liability Preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Residential Electrician

Knowledge and understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.

Ability to work efficiently both independently or as part of a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
