We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Revenue Manager to join our team in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and utilizing revenue management methods, processes, and tools to maximize turnover and optimize our hotel's financial performance.Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitabilityAnalyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make data-driven pricing decisionsForecast occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR) for future periodsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies across departmentsManage inventory and pricing across various distribution channels, ensuring rate parity and optimal visibilityConduct regular performance reviews and prepare reports for hotel managementLead weekly revenue management meetings and provide insights to key stakeholdersMonitor and analyze the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and adjust strategies as neededStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue managementTrain and mentor team members on revenue management principles and techniquesOptimize group and corporate pricing strategies to maximize overall revenueManage and maintain the hotel's presence on online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution platforms
