Job Description

  • Ensure the effective implementation of all operational security procedures within the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance to contractual, Statutory, Regulatory and Best in Class requirements by, conducting audits, risk assessment, business impact analysis, vulnerability assessment, gap analysis ,and the like
  • Analyse operations on customer accounts according to requirements of the Act to Identify possible money laundering.
  • Management and security oversight of all contractors, suppliers or vendors working on property.
  • Review surveillance tools and report on casino operations.
  • Assist law enforcement agents in the investigation and testimony against perpetrator in court.
  • Initiate investigates as requested by all the departments.
  • Maintain a close dialogue and relationship with local security authorities.
  • Ensure that security officers provide a courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors and suppliers.
  • Monitor the car-park system and ensure its smooth running and security
  • To vet the daily functions and VIP arrival list and to ensure that security officers are deployed as appropriate.
  • Account for the master keys of the property and their movements as well as key control in general·
  • Keep the hotel senior management informed on all matters relating to the Security aspects of the hotel on a daily basis.
  • Review and suggest adjustment to process based on current/future environments.

Qualifications

Qualifications;

  • Degree in Risk Management ,Accounting, Business Studies or Economics or any related field.
  • Knowledge in Modern TechnologySecurity System and interpreting Compliance Law is vital.
  • 3-5years of relevant experience in one of the following functions: Corporate/Risk Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Regulatory Management, Legal or related areas.

Required Experience

  • A strong desire and drive to work in partnership with the business to develop solutions to security problems that meet both business and security objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written (for designing and writing engaging reports which communicate findings succinctly and clearly convey the message in a way which is appropriate for the audience)
  • Provide data and reporting of KPI's and trends to IT Management and others.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Previous experience in coordinating multi-functional teams to execute in market risk functions, programs and initiative.
