SA Capability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and hands on Capability Specialist to join our Operations Training & Capability team on a fixed-term contract of up to two years. Reporting to the Operations Training & Design Lead, this role will play a critical part in uplifting store capability across South Australia by supporting the transition from a centrally delivered training model to a Store Manager-led capability model.Working closely with Store Managers and field leaders across OTR and Reddy Express stores, you will coach, develop and embed sustainable training practices that build long-term capability and confidence across our network.
