Job Description
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will lead the assessment, design, and delivery of enablement and training solutions in order to increase the performance and productivity of the global sales teams within Intelerad. You will lead program strategy and design, as well as create a variety of assets to support sellers' learning and development. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our growing team. You will demonstrate strong business judgment and be skilled at breaking down complex, high-level ideas into executable deliverables; excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with the executive team responsible for all of our sales, marketing, and product development.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will manage the Sales Enablement Specialist and own Sales Enablement
Partner with sales management, sales representatives, sales engineers, product management and sales operation teams to develop the knowledge, skills, and systems enablement requirements for the global sales teams.
Lead our go to market processes to ensure that we streamline the sales motion for our continuously evolving and growing solution set.
Recommend, design, develop and implement enablement and training solutions, including online learning, instructor-led training, instructional videos, job aids, audio/video scripts and role play exercises that will drive attainment of sales goals
Create, deliver, and support the onboarding curriculum for the sales organization
Measure and assess the effectiveness of current enablement and training solutions to inform future program requirements and identify areas where additional learning and reinforcement are required
Assist in the development and enhancement of critical sales tools and processes like quarterly business reviews and mutually agreed close plans.
Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of our products and service offerings
Support proposals and RFP responses
As a member of the Marketing Team, you will play a critical, collaborative role in driving high-quality sales pipeline. We are an all-hands on deck Marketing Team!
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering highly engaging, high impact enablement resources and training for sales audiences
Solid business acumen and understanding of sales process and B2B buying engagements
Proficiency in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, and methodologies
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
Maniacal discipline on setting and managing priorities and delivering results
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
