Seeking part-time handy man for my home - $25 / hour

I'm looking for a part-time handy man to help with various minor maintenance at my private home to include tasks such as:

- Painting and touch-up

- Minor carpentry

- Replacing bulbs, batteries, etc.

- Removing wasp nests

- Replacing light fixtures

- Cleaning and organization

- Furniture / equipment assembly

Must have own transportation to job location on Chas. peninsula and own tools (will provide some).

Estimate 5 hours per week on average. Good for some one who has a full time job but wants a few extra bucks. You set your own schedule within reason.
