Description We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will be playing a central role in managing customer credit granting documents, maintaining customer credit records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of credit processes. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Thoroughly analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Engage in the intake of credit requests and inquiries from various business groups. Collaborate with the collections team to identify customers with potential payment or cash flow issues and initiate credit reviews as needed. Work closely with our third-party processing team to ensure compliance with process and policy and review their Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and reporting. Assist the Credit Manager in gathering and reporting data for annual credit reviews, presentations, and bankruptcy cases. Identify and report special credit situations, including emergency orders, bankruptcies, and write-offs, to the Credit Manager. Contribute to the development and implementation of credit policies, procedures, and risk assessment models to improve overall credit management. Maintain close relations with sales, finance, customer service, IT, and accounting staff through regular contact and liaise with groups in all credit related matters. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in customer service and sales Proficiency in office functions and documentation procedures Ability to generate detailed reports and presentations Strong understanding of finance, credit, and implementation processes Experience in workstation support and security measures Knowledge of collection processes and ad hoc financial tasks Ability to analyze financial statements, cash flow and conduct risk assessments Proficiency in liaising with stakeholders and maintaining service level agreements Experience in ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Proficiency in KPI reporting and bankruptcy procedures Strong ability to perform credit and conductivity analysis.
