You will be tasked with developing and executing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management and sales motions.The Main Responsibilities
Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals.
Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Building collateral for presentations and documenting program guides
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
Analyzing program risks.
Working on strategy with the cross functional key interlock teams
Facilitating meetings with stakeholders and decision makers
Additional duties as required of the business
Some travel as required
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of Program management experience
Proven experience in program management.
Proven experience in sales or sales supporting roles.
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to present information to various levels in organizations.
Understanding of project management.
