NielsenIQ Retailer Vertical (RV) simplifies and streamlines collaboration between retailers and suppliers by providing a shared platform with advanced tools.In this role, you will engage with modern trade retailers in FMCG and Tech & Durables sectors, managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also support a retailer servicing team to maintain data cooperation and service a portfolio of modern trade retailer clients. This position is instrumental in driving client satisfaction, growing the client base, and achieving financial and operational objectives.Responsibilities:Business DevelopmentIdentify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unitMaintain and further foster relationships with current/ future clients at all levels and functions to identify opportunities for incremental product/ solution salesContribute to new business initiatives and participate in the development and launch of new servicesFinancial ManagementAchieve revenue, profitability, quality, speed of delivery and productivity targets as well as other related business development objectives as assignedMonitor the actual financial performance against budget / forecast and ensure the implementation of appropriate actions that will led to the achievement of the financial targetsEnsure proper pricing and contracts are completed and approved according to company & policies and guidelinesClient ServicingImplement plans that will contribute to maximum client satisfaction and ensure continuous profitable and business growthEnsure client service standards are implemented and enhanced as client expectations continue to evolve and change in the marketplaceBe part of the retailer servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvementEnsure adherence to the company policies on business conduct/ ethics when servicing clients are being observed by the entire divisionClient & Peer ManagementContribute and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirementsSupport & engage both Accounts Development and Customer success team members and be the voice of the client to provide feedback in order to drive the overall client success
