Senior Occupational Therapist

As our #AAA team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to support participants across the Sutherland Shire region, covering Caringbah, Cronulla and lower St George depending on where you’re based - work close to home!As an experienced clinician, you’ll bring your expertise to a supportive and collaborative environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of your participants, contribute to team development, and continue growing professionally. Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic servicesAssess participants’ developmental, cognitive, emotional, psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessmentsInterpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participantProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goalsMaintain awareness of current legislation to ensure complianceCollaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomesCaseload will be tailored to your experience, interests and professional goalsSupport the growth and development of graduates and early career clinicians.
