Senior Project Manager

The role of Project Management within the business is to facilitate the needs of the client by running the project process, managing the schedule, tracking the output of the practitioners to ensure our work is delivered on time, on budget, meeting standards and client goals.Reporting to the Project Director.Your primary responsibilities will include:Take ownership of project needs following our client's strategy, ensuring that they are facilitated through to completion within the required scopeYou will manage projects ensuring understanding of strategic goals.Collaborate with partners to define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics.Maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.Provide regular status updates to clients and our teams, promoting transparency and trust.Support junior team members by addressing skill gaps and escalate capability needs as identified.Provide revenue and pace insights for projects to ensure tight adherence to the agreed scope/budget.Escalate issues that need to be raised with the client.
