Description: Job Title: Senior Specialist, Program ManagementJob Code: IMS20231008-104684Job Location: Greenville, TXSchedule: 9/80 work schedule Job Description: This Senior Specialist Program Manager will plan, establish and maintain multiple projects required for the Proprietary Modification programs. This candidate will have a strong knowledge of project management that include directing complex projects or processes and ongoing administrative functions of the program initiatives while adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting. The qualitifed candidate must be able to:

Assist leadership in identifying program growth opportunities in addition to facilitating capture of new opportunities with customers

Essential Functions:
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
Drives program execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing or current programs.
Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of program.
Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
Responsible for Analyzing bids, assisting in development of WBS / Deliverables / Schedule / Cashflow forecast.
Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans and performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule and technical performance to ensure seamless execution.
Effectively communicates with all levels of co-workers, senior management and customer.
Works with Functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas to identify and assist in areas of improvement for systems and processes.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years minimum experience
Master’s degree with minimum 4 years experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years prior related experience
Top Secret/SCI Active clearance
Preferred Additional Skills:
Microsoft Office Tools proficiency
