Shipping & Specialist – Level 2As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment and receipt of goods within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the shipping and receiving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the overall success of our supply chain operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate and execute the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify the accuracy of quantities and items received Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to shipping and receiving operations Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practicesYOU MUST HAVE High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving operationsWE VALUE Associate's degree in supply chain management or a related field Experience with international shipping and customs regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Continuous improvement mindset Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as requiredHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
