Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology systems, computer science, or related field and 5 years of experience in IT or related area OR equivalent work experience
- 4 years of experience with:
- Online training and user support
- Hyland OnBase
- Working knowledge and management of Hyland OnBase content management, business process automation, and WorkView modules
- Working knowledge of Windows workstation and peripheral device support
- Working knowledge of Windows Server OS
- Ability to deal effectively with the needs of technical peers, technical and user management, users, vendors, and staff members, and to communicate clearly and effectively in spoken and written form
- Monitors service desk for help desk tickets pertaining to the Content Management group and provide first-level support to customer for these issues
- Escalate and assign tickets that cannot be handled by first-level support
- Develop and maintain the Hyland content platform training materials and perform training
- Work with Hyland hosted customers to ensure that they are receiving the information needed to meet their training needs
- Work with functional team members in planning how training will be delivered
- Handle daily administration of the OnBase production, development, and sandbox landscapes
